ESP ACTIVITY LISTING (WORK SCHEDULE) WITH ROOF PICTURES FOR THERMAL POWER STATION.

A list of materials and activities is given below for ready reference .All

this materials and activities need to be completed for declaring ESP ready

for use.

 -Base Column and associated bracing (Horizontal & diagonal ) erection and

  alignment .

- Bearings ( there are few types of bearing)  to be mounted on the top of 

  column.

- Intermediate frame erection 

- Wall plate erection ( starting from bottom and centre from sides)

- Longitudinal beam and transverse beam erection.

- Erection of housing plate.

- Field erection.

- Insulator erection 

*** For erection of longitudinal beam and transverse beam care should be 

taken during welding and alignment as these are main load bearing member

which holds the weight of field with ash. Instances are there it fails during

full loading due to defects.****

- Insulator loading            

- Removal of J bolt 

- Field alignment

- Collecting electrode loading in the field. 

- Shock bar angle erection 

- Huck bolting 

- Collecting electrode gauging.

- Inner roof erection.

- Hoppers wall Fit up.

-  Bottom hopper erection.

- Hopper approach Platform.

- Ash level indicator platform.

- Hopper and wall plate door erection.

- Inlet funnel erection as per front availability.

- Roof structure erection and sheeting with monorail beam erection

- Hoist erection on mono rail.

- Insulation on inner roof after air tightness test.

- Air tightness test and measure the value.

- Heater erection insulators ,Hopper heaters etc.

- Insulation wall plates , funnels inlet & outlet , Hopper plate etc.

- Erection of mechanical interlocks for transformers , insulator housing , wall

  manual doors , hopper manual doors  etc.

- Commissioning of rapping motors ,transformers ,hoist ,heaters etc.

- Field Charging.
